Coaching
For Start-ups and SME
Softskills
Soft skills are at least as important as specialist knowledge, because companies operate in times of rapidly changing conditions. Extreme changes are becoming more frequent and more extreme, networking and complexity are constantly increasing. The pressure on founders and managers is also increasing due to the higher demands of the market, stakeholders, their own employees or the unions council. In order to remain successful in the future, a great deal of flexibility is required. Stress resilience, decisiveness, excellent time management, trained communication skills and the ability to resolve conflicts productively are also required.
For Whom?
The coaching offer is specially designed for founders and executives, managers and people with high-responsibility tasks who want to successfully go their own way under demanding conditions.
Procedure
In the coaching process we accompany you interactively. The focus is on professional advancement and interaction in the start-up and corporate environment, but it can also include private content and the topic of work-life balance if this is your concern. In this work, the coach does not provide direct solutions, but rather supports you in finding your own individual solutions.
We work together as equals, focusing on defined targets in order to further develop the business mind.
You can rely on absolute discretion throughout the program. Our task is to be a sparring partner for you, to support you in a pit stop, to point out operational blindness in order to jointly achieve new possibilities for action.
Steps
The coaching takes place over several sessions and is limited in time.
The aim is to make the coach superfluous again as quickly as possible so that you emerge from the process stronger and independent.
We work transparently without manipulative techniques, but with recognized and elaborated concepts for physical and mental training.
Targets
Are set in a variety or all of the following fields:
